A key product line at Solo is our electrical swept duct bends, available in a wide variety of radii, diameters, angles, and colours. These bends are commonly used in trenched power installations and are specifically designed to protect electrical wiring in civil and trade applications.

As New Zealand’s preferred manufacturer of electrical duct bends, Solo maintains extensive stock of standard sizes to ensure fast delivery. All bends are glue-joint socketed at both ends, with orange as the standard colour to indicate electrical use. Available diameters range from 32mm to 175mm, with 100mm and 150mm being the most popular. The standard bend radius is 2.5 times the diameter, complying with industry norms.

Heavy Duty (HD) Electrical Bends

Heavy Duty (HD) electrical bends are primarily used in civil applications where additional mechanical protection is not required.

Medium Duty (MD) Electrical Bends

Medium Duty (MD) electrical bends are used in applications where extra mechanical protection is necessary, offering enhanced durability in more demanding environments.
