“It’s the first time in my life I’ve used the computers” were the words spoken by one of our team who has just graduated from the “Flying High” Solo programme.

Twenty members of our team have just completed a 25-hour internal program organised through Upskills Ltd. The goal being to build up their digital capabilities. Solo recognised a need to improve some of the team’s computer skills before rolling out new internal systems. To do this we engaged with Upskills to tailor-make courses that allowed individuals to learn at their own pace.

We are so proud to see their development and we look forward to seeing their continued growth. Some of the team are now embarking on their next steps to complete the NZ Level 2 Certificate in General Manufacturing. Watch this space!
